07: How to change the Inactivity Timeout settings for the PolicyPak Cloud Portal

  1. Select the "Company Details" tab

  2. Then click "Edit customer-level portal policies"

  3. Then select "Require automatic logoff on idle"

  4. Next click "Edit"

  5. Then change the "Idle timeout" to whatever timeout you prefer

  6. Lastly, click "Ok” to save your settings.

    Note: You have to have the "Authentication Options Admin" role to be able to see this setting and change it.
