Select the "Company Details" tab
Then click "Edit customer-level portal policies"
Then select "Require automatic logoff on idle"
Next click "Edit"
Then change the "Idle timeout" to whatever timeout you prefer
Lastly, click "Ok” to save your settings.
Note: You have to have the "Authentication Options Admin" role to be able to see this setting and change it.
