01: How do I turn on enhanced logging for PPGPCR Client (Admin Console) if asked?

  1. Close the PPGPCR Admin Client (Admin Console).
  2. Unzip these files PPGPCR Client (Admin Console) Enable Logging.ZIP
    PPGPCR Client (Admin Console) Disable Logging.ZIP
  3. Run PPGPCR Client (Admin Console) Enable Logging.REG
  4. Reproduce the error in the Client / Admin Console
  5. Find any files located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\PolicyPak\PolicyPak Group Policy Compliance Reporter\Diagnostics
  6. Send those to your support rep.
  7. When told, run PPGPCR Client (Admin Console) Disable Logging.REG
